Pick up is from home or accommodation, CBD or surrounding suburbs, please check your exact suburb with us.
Usual pick up time is 9:45 am and return time is 5:15 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the bus.
We will choose best available wineries for the tour date.
You may request your own wineries however we will need to update the tour price per person due to variations in the fees charged by the wineries.
A booking is only confirmed upon payment of a deposit, $300 – $800 depending on the group size. The balance is required 2-3 weeks prior the event date.
In event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded less an $80 fee three weeks prior to the tour. Cancellation made within three weeks of the tour date will result in forfeiting of the full deposit eg 300-800.
When a tour is booked for the minimum 10 guests, any reduction in guest numbers leading up to tour date is non refundable as the pricing is based on minimum 10 guests.
The tour can be mixed and matched by visiting the Chocolatier or a Brewery or a Distillery instead of a winery stop (may be subject to additional cost depending on preferred inclusions)
Lunch option is of your choosing. Either book your own locally or choose our set menu package at a winery or order your own from the a la carte menu from our selected restaurant at a winery. Let us know if booking your own lunch, the time and expected duration time so that we can work it into the itinerary.
